Day one of the Apple Cleanse… oh shiiiiii

Day one of the apple cleanse is all about going to the bathroom… We started it a little late in the game (it’s 1) because we decided to kick off our fast by drinking and staying out till 6 am….good idea?

Stats:

160 lbs (my heaviest ever…wowww college is great for the bod)

Feelings: Bloated and out of control!

We started the cleanse with 1tbs of epsom salts and 1/4 cup water with 1/4 cup juice (fresh orange and lime)

We went …. within 10 mins…whoa thats alacrity! next serving is in 3 minutes… every half hour- sonnnnn

Hey! My name is Christy. Today my room-mate Jess and I are starting a 5 day apple cleanse… from there we will be on a raw foods diet until we graduate. We want to drop some serious weight before our Pitt graduation and we need to head to the real world!

We chose the 5 day cleanse because it seems like it is extreme and will work. Also, we could buy everything from the grocery store, using fresh juice and fruit so that we know exactly what’s going in our bodies.

So, for the next 5 days and then the weeks after with the raw foods diet, I am going to record my progress… Weight, stats, feelings etc.
